at Moosehead Lake

August 8 - 10, 2024  -  Greenville, Maine

We cordially invite you to the 33rd Annual Forest Heritage Days, a celebration of our rich forest heritage, scheduled for August 8-10, 2024. This grand event will be held at the Bartley Family Event Center, beautifully situated on the shores of Moosehead Lake in Greenville, Maine.

This event is organized by a grassroots, non-profit group that includes the Moosehead Historical Society, the Moosehead Marine Museum, the Moosehead Region Economic Development Corporation, as well as individuals from the logging industry and the conservation community. Together, we strive to create a platform for dialogue, learning, and celebration of Maine’s forest heritage.

While we are still finalizing the details, attendees can look forward to a variety of engaging activities. These include enlightening bus tours that highlight the forest industry and its diverse applications, live logging demonstrations, interactive public forums, and a host of food and entertainment options.

Whether you’re interested in participating, sponsoring, or volunteering, we welcome your involvement. For more information, please reach out to the Moosehead Historical Society at 207-695-2909 or email us at [email protected]. We look forward to celebrating with you!
